"Let's build your own Dreams Together"

our Design Process

The best way to foresee the lifecycle of the project and create a clear plan of operation is to follow the five traditional phases of project management: Initial Chat & Development, Design Brief, Layout & Floor Plan, performance, and closure. Build incremental deliverables and benchmarks based on these stages of the project.

1. Initial Chat & Development

During the first phase, the objective and the feasibility of the project are determined. This is a crucial stage of the whole process since it can indicate whether this project is a good opportunity or not. If necessary, a feasibility study is conducted and based on its results a recommended solution/plan is issued.

Once everything is decided, a project initiation document (PID) is created. The project initiation document provides the groundwork for the construction plan and is one of the most vital artifacts in project management.

2. Design Brief

The DESIGN BRIEF is a comprehensive written document for a project that establishes the project’s scope, methods, and desired results. The principal of a design or construction firm, or a design and construction consultant, usually prepares the brief. The brief becomes more critical in a larger project, as it must effectively communicate the overall goals and desired results of a project to the stakeholders. Engineers, architects, and designers use descriptions in the brief to produce construction documents.

3. Functional LayoutS & Floor Plan

Floor plans are a form of orthographic projection that can be used to show the layout of rooms within buildings, as seen from the right. They may be prepared as part of the design process, or to provide instructions for construction, often associated with other drawings, schedules, and specifications. The floor plan has guided he form, rafting and foundation laying of the project indicated in the diagram on the right.

4. 3D Designs & 2D Drawings

Comprehensive 3D Floor Plan is a three-dimensional representation of a space that provides a more immersive and realistic view compared to traditional 2D Floor Plans It offers a detailed visual representation of the layout and design of a building's interior showcasing the spatial relationships, architectural features, and generates rapid prototypes

5. Products & Materials

Quality compared to none and compromised, Effective Quantitative supervisions, couple with material sourcing and stocking are bedrock of a timely and solid structure. Al these are ensure by Landmart to remain on top of their class. This stage includes every activity that revolves around identifying and assessing potential suppliers as well as selecting and engaging with an appropriate supplier who offers the best value.
